The hotel is clean, staff are fantastic friendly and breakfast is extraordinary and plentiful. Great service and the food is nice. If you need, they offer very good internet. The location is particularly good with a free parking onsite.

The setting was great and lovely and the staff were courteous people in all areas. Had elegant, perfect room with bathroom, shower plus all the required amenities.

The breakfast was perfect and awesome, the check in was smooth. The room was large and stylish with outstanding Christmas decoration and free bottles, for example, could leave my car on-site. The food was outstanding, drinks were free soft.

The hotel is wonderful and fairly clean, has relaxing views of the canal and Business bay. It is located right in the heart of the city.

The pool area was good and the location was particularly good, just off the business center and main sights, the surrounding business bay / downtown area and Burj Khalifa and the fountains and Dubai Mall. We were greeted by lovely friendly, efficient staff.

I would recomand this place to anyone. It boasts a magnificent and unbeatable location; really close to most things in Dubai, a 24hr supermarket, and metro, Dubai Mall and the beach. As I remember, there were a wide range of restaurants to eat, like Bleu Blanc that was only 5 minutes' walk away. The outdoor restaurant with friendly and flexible stuff is what you need.

Outstanding breakfast with fresh and personalized options. Well-maintained swimming pool. Excellent travel desk assistance for local trips. Great location near Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. Enjoyed the morning run by Dubai canal.

The a double room was brand-new and impressive. Bathtubs was luxurious and everything was good. It was in an unbeatable and incredible location in taxi. The check in was early and the atmosphere was quiet throughout the hotel.

Pullman Dubai Downtown is a wonderful place for a vacation. The hotel has a trendy and affordable vibe, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Its location right next to the Dubai Creek river is perfect, and the views of the canal and Business Bay from the rooms are stunning.

Fantastic hip new hotel with excellent staff with good manner. The breakfast is delicious at the bakery and the location is particularly good and perfect.
